Meet Clint McGill
Clint McGill is a youth sports coach and educator, the founder of Baseball Notes, and the creator of The Bulletproof Athlete. His work has reached more than 75,000 sports families.

Clint originally became known for helping baseball families through Baseball Notes. But after working with tens of thousands of parents and athletes, one thing became clear: the biggest mental challenges athletes face aren't unique to baseball.
A basketball player missing shots, a quarterback throwing an interception, a volleyball player making an error, a golfer having a bad hole, and a baseball player striking out can all experience the exact same thing — their thoughts begin controlling their performance.
Today his work helps young athletes across every sport develop confidence, resilience, perspective, and mental skills they can carry into competition and eventually into life.
This is mental performance and confidence training for youth sports — not therapy, counseling, or treatment.
